In order to coordinate with the membership year change that the United State Dressage Federation instigated,
MDS will be changing its membership year to December 1 through November 30. This change requires an MDS
by-laws change on which members will vote. You will be receiving a membership renewal form and a copy of the
proposed by-laws change(s) in the mail. There will be a one-time reduced membership fee of $20 for individual
memberships renewing for December 2006 through November 2007, if the renewal is postmarked on or before
November 30, 2006. If you want to get ahead of the game, an abbreviated membership form for individual
membership renewals for 2006-2007 is attached. New or rejoining (those former members who did not join for
2006) individual member dues will be the standard $25. All memberships include the USDF Connections and
membership in USDF through MDS as a General Membership Organization of USDF.
